Cat Concierge · Forecasts, reminders and savings
Open Cat Concierge below the Home summary or from Settings. Forecasts show the next 12 months, annual-payment peaks and dates over your budget, with category budgets for each currency. Optimization uses your unused-subscription marks and overlapping categories to estimate unconfirmed planned payments over the next year; it does not cancel subscriptions or issue refunds. Advanced reminders support multiple lead times, trial endings and follow-up for unconfirmed payments. Screenshot import recognizes only images you select, and saves each item after you review and confirm it. Annual reports include valid confirmed payments and export to PDF or CSV. Cat styles are separate one-time purchases. Room atmosphere and petting are free, and only one cat appears at a time. Category budgets, marks, reminder preferences and themes stay on this device.
01 · Add your first subscription
Tap + on Home. Enter a name, amount, currency, billing cycle and next renewal date. Optionally choose a category, custom icon, trial and note, then tap Add subscription. You provide the amounts; MeowDue does not connect to your bank or charge you. You may select a bill screenshot for on-device recognition and review it before saving. The free version supports up to three active subscriptions. If you reach the limit, your draft is preserved while you decide whether to unlock.
02 · Edit, pause, archive and delete
Open a subscription to edit, pause, resume, cancel and archive, or confirm deletion. Pausing or archiving changes future planned renewals while keeping existing payment history. Deletion removes the subscription and its associated history. These actions only change your records; cancel a real service directly with its provider.
03 · Calendar and filters
Browse renewal and trial-expiry dates by month, return to Today, or tap the month title to select a year and month. Filters and sorting offer a day, seven days, current month or custom range, plus categories, currencies and status. Tap a day to see events and an event card for details. Planned amounts do not indicate that a merchant has charged you.
04 · Confirm or undo a payment
After paying a merchant, open the bill and confirm it as paid. MeowDue records that confirmation, updates remaining renewals and history, and the cat responds to that bill. To correct a mistake, undo the payment confirmation on the same bill. This records payment information; it does not transfer money or issue a refund. Reports assign payments to the bill's month, not the date you tapped Confirm.
05 · Statistics, budgets and history
Tap the Home summary for statistics, categories and planned trends. The full version adds a monthly budget per currency, confirmed and remaining planned costs, expected remainder and overspend. Budgets are stored locally, reused each month and do not send overspend notifications. History offers month comparisons, six-month summaries, categories and itemized bills, excluding undone confirmations. Currencies are reported separately without automatic exchange-rate conversion.
06 · Renewal reminders
Choose same-day and advance reminders for a subscription, then enable iOS notification permission in Settings → Renewal reminders. Check system notifications, Focus, lock-screen previews and the subscription's reminder switches if a notice is missing. Reminders are scheduled for a limited horizon and iOS limits pending notifications. Open the app regularly to replenish future reminders and check the next update date shown on the reminder page. Notices cannot guarantee a merchant's billing time.
07 · Add a Home Screen widget
After unlocking the full version, touch and hold an empty Home Screen area, open the edit menu, add a widget and search for MeowDue. The widget shows upcoming renewals and opens the relevant subscription when tapped. iOS controls refresh timing. Settings → Widget lets you hide amounts and cat captions, especially if you do not want costs visible on your Home Screen.
08 · Your cat companion
A single cat peeks from suitable card edges and hides before changing its spot. Tap for a short greeting or touch and hold to pet it. Cards return to normal spacing when unoccupied. The cat responds to some ledger actions without automatically changing records. Turn it off in Settings → Show cat. Reduce Motion retains static responses.
09 · Lifetime unlock and restore
The full version is a one-time non-consumable purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription. It unlocks more active subscriptions, monthly and category budgets, forecasts, advanced reminders, optimization, screenshot import, annual reports, renewal widgets and manual iCloud sync. Cat styles are separate one-time purchases and are not included in Pro. Check the local price on Apple’s payment sheet. Use the original purchasing Apple Account and Restore purchases when changing devices. Restoring an entitlement does not restore a ledger stored only on the old device. Apple handles refunds.
10 · Local storage and iCloud
Your ledger is local by default. The full version lets you initiate iCloud sync in Settings → Data storage. Another device using the same Apple Account must also sync manually to merge records. Sync merges subscriptions, payment confirmations and deletion markers; budgets and device preferences are not in the current snapshot. Wait for Sync complete. Network, account or Apple service issues produce an error while preserving local records. Check synchronization before uninstalling; this is not a separate backup service.
11 · Troubleshooting and support
For totals, check currency filters, paused/archived status and payment confirmations or undo. For unlock issues, check the Apple Account and connection, then restore purchases rather than paying again. For sync issues, check iCloud sign-in and retry manually.
